Disclaimer -- I have NO idea what I am talking about-- I think it might take a good size cherry picker, or other heavy equipment to remove any of that stuff. I don't know what is inside those big horns either. I would not want to count on making money off of the scrap without an assessment of the difficulty and the possible hazardous materials, preferably from someone who actually knew what the heck they were doing :).
