Re: [Utah-astronomy] Dobsonian Setting Circles?

Many years ago, someone contrived a setting circle arraingement for a Dobsonian. It was fairly accurate and gave readouts in true RA and DEC. No computer required, it was all mechaical. If I can find it, I'll post the reference. Possible sources for the article are ATMJ, AA, or S&T, if anyone feels like digging into archives.
