Joe, I read the review as well, and salute you for what appears to be an excellent bit of historical sleuthing! I did feel, however, that the reviewer took the opportunity to do some self-promoting. That said, there's the old saying that "any press is good press". Good luck with sales! Send me an email when you do some WWI research. I know, I'm highly compartmentalized.
