It would be a waste to put it at the visitor center and not on the telescope field. Big telescopes do have a draw complete with the long lines, those lines do thin out. It would be a fun scope to look through. Does it also come with a big ladder?
I imagine the public will start at the 36". Putting the 36" at the
visitor center is better for Orion, not necessarily for us.
