Thanks Kim

I will have a few days in the park before the 10 mile hike. If it's not good I may lighten my load a bit. For their size the Galileo's are fairly light. On 2nd thought, after 10 miles I will be ready to throw out anything I can to lighten the load.

Jim, I just returned from Yellowston. You may be luckier, but while I was ther last week, the air was horribly smoky due to wild fires in the park. I didn't even try to do any observing.

Subject: [Utah-astronomy] Galileo?s

I am on my way backpacking and fly fishing for a week in Yellowstone. I am taking my Galileo's so I can look at the stars at night. It ought to be dark there. In an effort to keep the weight down in my backpack I am going to wear the Galileo's around my neck.  I ain't dumb. ><))))'>
