I am so glad you left ........Chuck
I cooked on 2 grills that were heated by mesquite charcoal logs. The grills were 3 feet in diameter. I did this almost every night for 5 years. Hundreds loved my steaks and chicken every night.
I got you good!!!!!!!!!!!

Gas is for amateurs and people afraid of real fire. Charcoal or wood rules.
I'm on my sixth grill. Ok, the first was a hibachi, but I was 16. That's almost 40 years of pit mastery.

Chuck has left the building!

Yep, so far partly cloudy, some wind but every night we get it. Hopefully it stays nice.
You are not the King of BBQ. Just to let you know.........I have worn-out 4 gas BBQ's in my long life. When we moved into our present house it was January. The neighbors thought our house was on fire because of the BBQ smoke.
I rest my case. LOL

Mark, I AM the BBQ king. :-)
Maybe we should have an L&O meeting at a rib place or steak house one of these days?
Microburst winds down here, cloudy, periodic rain. Still clear up there? On Aug 9, 2013 4:47 PM, "Mark Shelton" <astroshelton@yahoo.com> wrote:
Thanks for the suggestion. I think Maddox has lost some of there quality they had in years past. And I love to cook steak and ribs etc. camping. Dale Wilson cooks a mean rack of ribs, Love them. I cooked thousands of steaks and chicken, fish etc. When I worked in the restaurant industry. Love to BBQ
