Thanks, Chuck! The reviewer did a great service by bringing to everyone's attention a dag of George Fishley, and researching it, before I came upon my own daguerreotype of him. Dennis also warned me about a mistake that was in his first report (due to an error in a newspaper of the time), so I wouldn't make the same goof. So I'm grateful to him. Best wishes, Joe ________________________________ From: Chuck Hards <chuck.hards@gmail.com> To: Utah Astronomy <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 13, 2012 5:41 PM Subject: Re: [Utah-astronomy] OT again -- Bauman disliker(s) need not read Joe, I read the review as well, and salute you for what appears to be an excellent bit of historical sleuthing! I did feel, however, that the reviewer took the opportunity to do some self-promoting. That said, there's the old saying that "any press is good press". Good luck with sales! Send me an email when you do some WWI research. I know, I'm highly compartmentalized. My failure, not yours at all. Thanks again!
