Rob Looks like a SLAS get together in Hawaii is going to happen! Thanks for the invite. I talked to my wife and sister in law and her husband and all of them are excited about coming up to the star party. We plan to leave about 5:00 tomorrow. See you there! I will call your cell tomorrow for exact directions Bob Bob Moore Commerce CRG - Salt Lake City office 175 East 400 South, Suite 700 Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 Direct: 801-303-5418 Main: 801-322-2000 Fax: 801-322-2040 BMoore@commercecrg.com www.commercecrg.com -----Original Message----- From: utah-astronomy-bounces+bmoore=commercecrg.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:utah-astronomy-bounces+bmoore=commercecrg.com@mailman.xmission.c om] On Behalf Of Rob Ratkowski Photography Sent: Friday, June 15, 2007 4:57 PM To: Utah Astronomy Subject: [Utah-astronomy] Re: Hawaii expedition Hi Patrick spoke w/ Bob this AM and invited him up w/ his gang to view a Haleakala Sunset and observe some of our southern skies. He is w/ visiting family so I guess the 2 hr trip to get to the summit is optional (and then at least 2 hrs to get back National Parks have no guard rails and it is a windy mountain road = fun driving at night). Hawaii diving is OK but doesn't compare to Palau, South Pacific or the Great Barrier Reef. Like anyplace, it has its spots to enjoy. The water is OK too but not like a bath, but refreshing. Bonaire has observatories?? Having fun on Maui Rob _______________________________________________ Utah-Astronomy mailing list Utah-Astronomy@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/utah-astronomy Visit the Photo Gallery: http://www.utahastronomy.com
