Deloy, Why should folks be forced to switch over? What could justify that kind of disruption for the ordinary person? Give me me a good, succinct answer in a single sentence. If nobody can do that, there's no justification for making the change -- and the only way the U.S. could "switch over" would be by force. By the time we were half way through the year we all hated the English sytsem. I was very disappointed when the US didn't switch over.
