Hi Patrick (and all - this is my first post to the listserv!) Was this low in the north-western horizon? I was camped at a remote overlook north of Moab last night and glimpsed a fireball in progress as it moved towards the horizon and in between clouds. This might have been as late as 10:30, but I would have guessed a little earlier. ~Kate On Tue, Jul 9, 2013 at 5:13 PM, Patrick Wiggins <paw@wirelessbeehive.com>wrote:
A reporter from the Daily Herald says he's had reports of a huge meteor or fireball last night about 10:30 p.m. That's the first I've heard of it. Anyone here happen to see it?
