I am Mike Nelson, and I just joined the listserver. Patrick mentioned that 6 new people have joined, probably because the list server was linked to in the SLAS Blast he sent out. I am a member of the SLAS, and just wanted to keep up with what is going on out there, kind of loose touch with work and life so I thought this would be a great way of keeping up on the local astro-community.
