The current issue of the _Wasatch Journal_ has a nice article about Natural Bridges being designated an International Dark Sky Heritage site by the IDA. The article features a local discussing the experience of dark sky observing Milky Way objects familiar to club members. Christopher Cokinos. Early Spring/Summer 2008. Into the Dark: Utah's Milky Way Wilderness. Wasatch Journal 85-92. Cokinos actually uses the term "Bortle Class 2 sky".
