i don't know Google is busy mapping hiking trails so you can hike, minus the benefits.It may take them a while to update.
Unfortunately, Google will eventually get around to updating your mother's
street. The street where I live was just updated last year. It might be a good idea to get a screen shot of that image and store it in your computer (or print it out).
