I know so many people who have their own issues with Yahoo - from email, to clubs being shut down to even the used-to-be-free Personals. Yahoo seems to be turning off all their loyal customer base. It is impossible to reach anyone. But, just a few months ago when a teen took a huge security problem public when AOL could not be reached or would not respond., AOL got very critical they weren't contacted first. Well, it backfired big time on AOL! These huge internet companies have grown too big to manage their business and customers. Im really sick of Yahoo! If they can't fix the problem, I'll have to abandon this address. I've threatened this before, this time I might have to actually do it.
