Thanks so much, Michael. I was a little surprised to hear about Stansbury because the observatory makes the development so wonderfully attractive for visitors and residents. But now I wonder if it would be a good idea to have a Stansbury Park Appreciation Star Party, with the residents specially invited. Just a thought -- Joe
