[Utah-astronomy] SPOC Cleanup

Larry is right.  You should be caulking from the outside in.  Rain or snow will run off rather than penetrate and remove the repair from the inside.  That just makes sense. I VOLUNTEER to hold the hose while Patrick and (hopefully) Chuck are on the outside of the dome.  They are all wet figuratively they might as well be all wet literally (lmao)  I will Hoot (ers) my behind off during the process. :)
