Hey all, I was delighted to get a nice night out of town, and even though it was a little cloudy, I had a great time out at Lakeside tonight! I was able to locate Comet Garradd pretty easily, and fortunately that part of the sky stayed pretty open most of the night, so I kept going back over to it. Some meteor activity, with one I noticed as particularly bright. It was warm and pleasant all night, but as the moon sunk lower, more clouds moved in and pretty much ended it about 2am.
