Finally had the time to look at your album, Tyler. There's obviously a lot more going on than just beginner's luck. Move over, Rob Gendler. P.S. The bird shots are great, too. On Mar 24, 2005, at 4:15 PM, Tyler Allred wrote:
Thanks, to all, for the nice comments. I won't respond individually, but I do appreciate the feedback.
I would consider "helping" to teach a class. :) I consider myself to be quite new to the astro-imaging game. As such, I don't really think that I am qualified to teach a class. However, being new, I still remember what it was like when the imaging discussions sounded like a different language! I can relate well to the difficulties of breaking into the game.
What about simply making arrangements to do an evening of imaging and observing, where people could come to watch and ask questions. That might be a little less formal.... and a lot of fun.
I would be willing to trade some teaching for some imaging time with the scopes at the observatory! Or maybe some time with that C-14/Paramount!! :) Let me know what you think might work.
Cheers, Tyler

I'll second that notion. Would you be willing to conduct a class or two at the observatory this season?
