Too bad for the spacecraft.
I would love to see what mankind evolves into. I will have to settle for Sci-Fi though.

This is OT, but mankind won't last forever, even if we
don't kill ourselves off. Evolution never stops until
the entire biosphere collapses. It would probably be
accurrate to wish eternity for our descendants,
whoever or whatever they may be. And I don't consider
this idea denegrating toward mankind as a whole. To
anyone who thinks we represent the pinnacle of
evolution, the end of the process, well, all I can say
is, "you've got low expectations".
