Great Basin is a pretty dark sky, if you've never been there or even if you have it's worth it. I went there a few years ago and was quite pleased with the sky although the weather wasn't totally cooperative. Unfortunately I will be down at Capital Reef on Labor Day week-end so I won't make it but I suggest you consider the trip. So many Parks, so little time.
