In case anyone is interested, the biggest meteorite social event is underway from Tucson AZ right now. It's the annual Meteorite Men Birthday Party. It just happens that the Meteorite Men on TV have almost the same birthday and it coincides with the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, so another big name in the meteorite community broadcasts it live.
