Brent

I am looking at Sky & Telescope's Skygazer's Almanac. It says for Feb 9th That Uranus sets and Pleiades in Transit.  I assume that Uranus will be near the ecliptic. What kind of power is needed to see it. I think it would be too faint for 15x Binos. I am not sure what Pleiades in Transit means. In Transit of what?
