Not just that, but the coefficient of expansion is far different and will cause delamination. Even if there were an epoxy made for such a purpose, the extreme heat possible in summer is likely to de-polymerize the epoxy. I only know of construction epoxies made for purposes that do not involve such extremes, such as bonding bolts or reinforcing steel in concrete, or similar uses in substrate materials not generally exposed to extremes of any kind.
