I tried collimating my C-5 with a laser collimator and now the imagery is terrible, so I'm in the dark, myself, so to speak, unti l can figure out what's going-on. Glad my C-6 is still factory perfect, I'm not going to touch it. You're probably the most expert SCT person on the list, Patrick.
