This'll be going in News tomorrow morning but for my fellow space junkies that cant wait, today's MER news briefing on NASA TV showed new images showing where the second lander landed. They are not on the official site yet (11:55 am) but they are on Malin's site: http://www.msss.com/mars_images/moc/2004/02/09/index.html I especially like the one showing back shell and parachute (and even the shroud lines!) laying in the distance. There was also a good deal of discussion about the tiny spheres of dirt in today's briefing. Hopefully that will be in the next news release which I will include in News tomorrow. Patrick
