Last night I decided to skip the baseball playoffs and hunt for Comet Hartley2. My friend Dave had his 16" LightBridge and his new William Optics Megrez 120 APO refractor set up in his front yard. I just brought my binoculars and a few Naglers and Radians. I first found the Double Cluster and moved the telescope north towards Casseopeia. The comet seemed to form an equilateral triangle with Delta and Epsilon Cass. It was faint but visible in the 16". I'm hoping tonight a get a bit more contrast since we will observe near Rockville tonight. This isn't the brightest comet I've observed but will make for an excellent photo opportunity tonight. Debbie
