I feel the same way about the "sun tunnel". Leave the concrete in the city. Art has it's place, but the near-wilderness isn't it. Just because something lines-up with the sun doesn't add mystical significance to it. It's an eyesore. You said it very well, Joe. "You can't improve on nature." AUGGGH! That hideous "tree"!!! What really offended me when it was dedicated is that the artist claimed he was improving the salt flats. You can't improve on nature. The flats have their own eerie beauty. jb
