Dave, the late Walter Scott Houston was one of the first generation to receive an artificial lens after having his cataract removed. He only needed one eye done, so got to compare it with his natural lens side-by-side. As I recall, he felt his night vision to be much better after the procedure. He also noticed a slight color shift; his natural lens had yellowed with age so blues appeared more greenish. On Tue, Jun 26, 2012 at 7:12 AM, Dunn, David <David.Dunn@supervalu.com>wrote:
This brings up an additional question. Does cataract surgery effect night vision? I get to have that within probably 10 years.
