On Friday night, just after dusk, we were able to get a couple of hours of viewing in from Dead Horse Point. I spent some time looking at the Moon, Saturn and Jupiter. Jupiter had a shadow transit happening. Then I went on to look at the Orion Nebula and then some Galaxies in the Big Dipper. Then I decided to look at M1. It was nice and bright. As I was looking at it, I noticed that there was something bright just out of the eyepiece. It turned out to be Saturn. I was able to view both of them in the same eyepiece field quite easily. After I finished looking at that I took a look at M84, M86 & M88. They were quite bright. I counted 9 galaxies in my field of view. It was real cold out and a tree was in the way for the rest of the Virgo cluster so I went in to warm up. I came back out about 20 minutes later, at 10:30, and it was completely clouded over. Thanks.
