Nebulosity shows the time stamp for the FITS exposures at 21:10 and 21:27, respectively. I took the photos from a location called Tuscany Hills just off Dixie Drive. It’s a new development on a hill to the west of Dixie Drive in St. George. There’s still a lot of vacant lots. I just drive until the paved road ends and set up in an area just off the paved road. There’s not very many street lights and the houses behind me don’t have too many lights. The location affords a good view of the western horizon. Of course, now, the comet is in the northwest and the view is better than last week because the western hills taper off to the northwest from this location affording a better view of the horizon. Last week I could have never seen the comet at 21:27 because it would have already gone behind the hills. From what the weather forecast is showing that’s it for me for this weekend. The weather looks pretty dismal for imaging. It was nice last night and the hospital called me out early for Tc99m and I was able to risk setting up for an imaging session without the fear of being interrupted by emergency calls.
