Probably a tad off topic but since other nature pix have been posted here I'll risk it and post some of my own. Here are links to a few pictures from yesterday's flight to the Spiral Jetty and the Tree of Utah. Note that links to small (~40 kb) images are listed first followed by links to full size (~400 kb) images. BTW, as you'll see in the picture of the Tree we got there right at sunset. Bad timing. I was hoping for 10 to 15 minutes before sunset so I could incorporate long shadows cast by both the Tree and it's fallen "eggs". So, with clear skies forecast through the rest of today I'm giving thought to having another go at the Tree this afternoon, taking off from SLC airport between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. If anyone's interest in coming along please email anytime before 2:00 this afternoon or ring me on my cell at 435.882.1209 after 2:00. As always the only cost is a share of the cost of fuel.
