Still awful conditions (Moon, haze, partial obstruction by roof and tree) but here are a couple of shots from a few minutes ago of both comets. Same equipment (C-14 @ f/5.5, ST-10 binned 3x3, clear filter) and same exposures (six 5" exposures stacked) for each image. http://users.wirelessbeehive.com/~paw/temp/encke_ison_2013oct21.jpg patrick
