Hi gang, Last night was nearly perfect at the Wedge -- clear, steady, almost no breeze. I had overcome my telescope's mechanical difficulty, largely, and so had a great time taking a photo, just looking at the stars, and reading. Here's a view I made at that time of The Eyes colliding galaxies, NGC4438. I'm not overjoyed with the way it came out (it has some interference pattern, and color images were worthless). But it's not too bad. Thanks for taking a look, Joe http://www.slas.us/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=4940&g2_imageViewsIndex=1
