Nice photo Patrick. Although a somewhat under exposed view of M16 and dim companion star ;) the other object appears more sinister, having what looks to be a suspicious "gas" object on the top and a cheap looking "shiny" object at midpoint. I would have to be down range listening for it's tell tale sound to be sure, but by the way that the hair is standing on the back of my neck, and my upper lip is beginning to curl and snarl, I suspect this object to be none other than NGC 7.62X39, Hmmm???
