That is essentially my comment, too. These things were designed with photography primarily in mind; you can get a lower power & wider field by using a longer-focal length eyepiece, and save the expense of the converter (unless imaging is part of your program). I am not sure there are many benefits to the f6 adapter. If you are doing photography you'll get shorter exposures on extended objects, but you can still do good deep sky work with an f10. It just requires different eyepieces.
