Ann (and others): Bryce Canyon NP purchased several thousand solar viewing glasses for the eclipse and Venus transit. They have been printed with info about Bryce so they are "souvenir grade" and will be distributed for free during both events. Our glasses use the Thousand Oaks film that gives the sun a yellow color. They're very nice! I'm sure that all of the astrofest volunteers will be given a pair (or two or three, as needed) when they arrive and attend the volunteer orientation. I am also intrigued with the filters for the binoculars - wonderful way to see the transit. A green sun works too, just for fun. Thanks -A
