Great update Patrick! I'm finishing prepping for my view of the eclipse from SLC. I think it's probably perfect to start planning for 2017, I'm definitely going to make it to the centerline for that one! So the earlier we plan the better chance I have of actually making it. Good luck to everyone! And keep praying/dancing/wishing/hoping etc.. for clear skies. Howard --- On Sun, 5/20/12, Patrick Wiggins <paw@wirelessbeehive.com> wrote:

Funny but a guy saw my eclipse shirt and asked if I had any glasses. So I gave him a pair.
Siegfried reports not many people at the main site in Kanarraville yet. I'm guessing that will change as we approach the 6:22 eclipse start time.
Rodger says a number of folks at Parawon Gap. He's currently headed to Kanarraville.
Joe and his group just joined me for lunch. He's headed for a place yet to be determined.
And I hear the folks at Bryce are trying really hard to get folks with scopes to stick around for the eclipse rather than head for the centerline.
And now it's time for the final push to "Eclipse Central".
Good luck to all.

P.S. Is it too soon to start planning for 2017? :)
