Hear, hear! On a portable scope that (IMHO) is the way to go. And the nice thing about digital setting circles is that when the computer decides to take a night off, you still have a perfectly functioning instrument. With so many of the GOTOs I've seen if the power goes out or the batteries die or the computer just stops cooperating you're sunk as the scope can not be positioned manually. Patrick
