I know you're both being tongue-in-cheek, but let's examine it anyway. The buzz-bomb wasn't designed for hyper-velocities (straight wings, no leading-edge sweepback). Not enough room for fuel and oxidizer (it was an air-breather). Thrust aside, for a rocket to fly, the center of gravity must be ahead of the center of pressure. This is the reason for fins (or fletching on an arrow or dart). Without fins, one must spin-stabilize, like a rifle bullet, in order to avoid tumbling. Spin-stabilizing a manned rocket makes for a nauseated crew.
