Ok, I ran Sky and Telescope’s iPad app, "Jupiter’s Moons", for the times of acquisition of my photos. The first photos were acquired around 21:16. The moon to the left is Ganymede, the moon to the right is Io. The second photo (with the Great Red Spot) was acquired around 22:09. The moon in this photo is Ganymede. Io was out of the field of view when I centered Jupiter in the field of view to take these shots. I think these are the alignments. The app shows Jupiter’s Great Red Spot as visible near the edge at 21:16. However, I can’t see any detail of this in my image. Dave
