And you didn't take a picture of the iSS and meteor? :( DANG! Lol -----Original Message----- From: Utah-Astronomy [mailto:utah-astronomy-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Chuck Hards Sent: Thursday, July 17, 2014 5:37 AM To: Utah Astronomy Subject: [Utah-astronomy] Spectacular ISS pass this morning Close to 5:00 AM, I watched what had to be the ISS (haven't looked it up) pass nearly overhead. It was one of the brightest sightings I've ever seen, easily mag. -4. Just as it was passing the Pleiades, a bright meteor streaked by just under Perseus, headed north. The train was easily 20 degrees long. Beautiful morning sights! _______________________________________________ Utah-Astronomy mailing list http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/utah-astronomy Send messages to the list to Utah-Astronomy@mailman.xmission.com The Utah-Astronomy mailing list is not affiliated with any astronomy club.
