Patrick, I have tried for five years to get an email address for Meade Service department and I haven't found one yet. As far as I know, the guy in Australia is correct. Much of the talk is the same as was here but one guy asked a question that no one seems to have an answer for so I thought I'd post it here. The guy posting the question lives in Australia and is having trouble reaching the Meade's service department via snail mail and is looking for an email address he could use. But someone posted saying Meade insists on phone calls even though the guy is on the other side of the planet and would have to pay for the call. Ok, I know that Meade isn't high on a lot of people's lists but that seems a bit unbelievable to me. Certainly there must be an email address for such uses. Perchance does anyone here have an email address for Meade's service department?
