I think we all need to write letters to the editor of the Deseret News opposing this: http://www.deseretnews.com/article/1,5143,700257103,00.html Another example of destroying the night sky. The lights the town of Clinton has installed are the worst possible and studies have shown they do not prevent crime. They produce enough glare that you can't see objects near them. They use twice as much energy as full cutoff lighting. As Joan Carman quoted "I love the stars too much to be afraid of the dark".
