Thanks for you detailed reply Kurt! Despite the moon I think we'll venture up there and do some fishing, camping and hopefully some observing. I liked a spot at the end of FR532 that appeared in the clear, might try that (when there's no lightning...). I'm using my wifes Honda CRV AWD which bounced along FR091 pretty nicely. Will have to wash it before she gets back :) Cheers David
