Chuck, Rich, others- I'm up for it too! The first one was so much fun, how can't we have another? I'm pretty much wide open myself; I would like to catch a glimpse of the upcoming comet(s). I think only one of them is actually going to make a northerly appearance. The west desert site is a good one; the gravel pit is usually a good call too. The Wedge Overlook? So many choices, but plenty of time and band width for discussion... Joe Borgione Richard Tenney <retenney@yahoo.com> wrote: Chuck, I had so much fun at the last one I'd do another in a heartbeat. And this doesn't have to be an exclusive event; we can combine it with any (willing) dark-sky group whichever night we choose. Jethro Tull goes down just as well if the photons are coming through a telescope or binoculars! ;o) YOU my friend are the kicker -- you seem to have the most trouble finding time away from home/work. So we'll work with your schedule. That said, I can't do it May 21st (Friday), as I have a family reunion that weekend, but May 22-Saturday would be a possibility. Otherwise any good weekend this spring/summer I'm up for. Rich --- Chuck Hards wrote:
