Debbie, it's been generally lousy up here, too. Only a handful of clear nights in that timeframe, and always on nights when I have to go to bed early. Last night was clear, but of course the waxing moon is wiping-out any chance at deep-sky objects though doubles aren't affected. Saturn is getting lower all the time so the earlier you look, the better. Jupiter is still way too low in the morning sky for good views. Looks like the weatherman is saying that you're supposed to get some storm action down south this weekend. Are you skies any good up north? I haven't had anything good since June 20th and that was mediocre with the wind. If there is a hole in the clouds and seeing is decent, I want a better view of Saturn. Hopefully below 90 too!
