Friday I power-raked the lawn (or what's left of it after being under a foot of snow for months), raked up all the resulting thatch. Yesterday I tilled my 1000-square-foot garden, planted my peas, and tossed another few inches of composted chicken manure on the asparagus bed. I'm pretty well shot-down this morning. Were I to try and describe how I feel to a doctor, I'd have to say that I feel like I've been dead and stiff for a month and suddenly forced to move again. Everything hurts.
