Here in Cache Valley we had some haze the entire time, but it wasn't ever thick enough to prevent me from seeing the eclipsed moon. This eclipse, as expected, was certainly lighter in color than the one last year - especially the southern part of the moon. My estimation was that the northern maria were a rather brownish color. Other regions ranged from dark to light copper in color. However, the southern part of the moon had some yellowish tint. It was certainly fun to observe it with my son. I do wish the haze would have lifted so that we could have seen more detail. Clear skies, Dale.

We've had low clouds with some snow and rain all day. I just checked outside again - not even a sucker hole. Any better "up north"?
No luck at SPOC through totality (so we had a fun time at Denny's) however we were able to see some of the "coming out".
