I also served in Italy '92-'94, the mail improved a bit over there I only had 5 or 6 letters arrive out of sequence from home, however my letters to home were almost always out of order or bunched together. Here is my frustration with this site and it could be related to the problem of these late posts. I had to go all the way up to Patrick post to get a response window to open. Sometimes the response is posted. Sometimes ii doesn't.
