Is anyone sure the walls are even leaking? If the water table has caused buckling in the pad outside the Grim/Ealing the problem at the refractor house could possibly be from "wicking" through or around the floor. Perhaps not likely but it is possible. Steve

Larry is right. You should be caulking from the outside in. Rain or snow will run off rather than penetrate and remove the repair from the inside. That just makes sense.
I VOLUNTEER to hold the hose while Patrick and (hopefully) Chuck are on the outside of the dome.
